We pride ourselves on creativity, authenticity, and delivering the best handcrafted beverages to our customers. Job Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted beverages, including boba teas, specialty drinks, and seasonal offerings. * Maintain high standards of drink quality, consistency, and presentation. * Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service. * Take orders efficiently and operate the POS system accurately. * Assist with daily store operations, including stocking ingredients, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. * Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment. * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations. * Adapt to a fast-paced environment and assist with promotional events or new product launches as needed. Qualifications: * Previous experience in food service, coffee, or boba industry is a plus but not required—training will be provided. * Strong customer service skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Passion for handcrafted beverages and an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
