Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when it's clinically effective for the client and BT.  * CEU Stipend: $2,000 annually to support your continued professional development. * License Reimbursement: We cover the cost of your BCBA license renewal. * 401(k) Matching: Helping you plan for your future with matching contributions. * Comprehensive Health Coverage: Including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, plus pet insurance—because we care about your entire family, furry friends included! * Set Scheduling: Predictable work hours help you balance your work and personal life.  Your Role and Impact  As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) , empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.    What you’ll love about this role:    * Achievable Targets: You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload. * Industry-Leading Dual Bonus Program: Enjoy two separate bonus opportunities that reward your impact and leadership.  * Productivity Bonus: Increase your earning potential through flexible productivity incentives designed to reward additional billable hours while maintaining work-life balance. * ABA Caseload Bonus: Earn additional monthly bonus opportunities based on ABA direct service hours billed and converted within your POD, with bonus potential up to 10% of monthly base salary. * Growth and Advancement Opportunities: You'll have the chance to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact along the way.
