If you’re caring, reliable, and passionate about making a difference, this is the place for you. 🌟 Position: Behavior Interventionist Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team. 🧩 Key Responsibilities * Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents. * Implement individualized behavior intervention plans. * Collect and record data on client progress. * Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments. * Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). 🎓 Qualifications High School Diploma – REQUIRED Bachelor’s in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred but not required). Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must pass the TB test. Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance. Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. 📍 Hiring Locations We are currently hiring throughout San Fernando County including but not limited to:  Van Nuys, Canoga Park, Winnetka, Arleta, Panorama City, North Hills, Glendale, Northridge, North Hollywood, Pacoima, San Fernando, and Sylmar. 💵 Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education Part‑time start: 15–20 hours per week to begin Path to full‑time: Opportunity to grow into full‑time hours depending on center needs and your availability Flexible scheduling to support work–life balance Mileage reimbursement  Paid drive time between client locations Paid training Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Cell phone allowance  Paid sick time  Employee referral program  Opportunities for advancement within the organization
