Our mission is to provide high-quality evidence-based, family- centered therapies and family support based on the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Key Responsibilities * Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA. * Collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions. * Monitor and document progress toward treatment goals. * Provide reinforcement for positive behaviors. * Communicate effectively with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA. * Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines. Technicians typically start with a part-time caseload of about 20 hours per week, depending on the location, with potential to increase hours as opportunities arise. This position calls for a high-level of commitment and dedication to the required training, clients, and our high standards of excellence. Qualifications * Strong communication and people skills * Highly dependable and organized * A high school diploma or equivalent * Experience working with children (childcare, education, or similar fields) * Reliable transportation * Ability to pass a background check Shift Schedule Monday-Friday 10:00am-3:00pm Benefits Pay: $20-$22.00 per hour RBT Certification Assistance through our Road to Register Program
