Location: Norfolk, Virginia (In Home) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 - 6:00 pm Pay: $20.00-25.00/hour depending on experience As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You'll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping individuals learn new skills and reach new milestones. * Provide in-person behavior intervention services in an individual's home setting and community * Collect and record data on patient behaviors * Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst * Attend team meetings What We Offer * Competitive pay * Career Growth & flexible hours * PTO and Sick Days What You'll Need * Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field * Obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire * Experience or willingness to work with young adults with special needs * Reliable Transportation * Must have an active CPR Certification Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time * Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time Who We Are At Finni Health Finni Health empowers BCBAs to launch local in-home ABA clinics.
