Behavior Therapist (BT) — ABA Therapy Starting at $24–$26/hr | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | No Evenings or Weekends ANNA Autism Care is hiring passionate Behavior Therapists (BTs) to deliver evidence-based, 1 on 1 therapy to children with Autism using the Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach. If you're looking for a career in autism therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or child development, you will receive extensive training and clinical supervision when working at our center-based Autism care center. What ANNA Autism Care Offers: • Competitive Pay + Signing Bonus: $24–$26/hr starting pay. Key Responsibilities: * Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision to teach new skills in communication and socialization while reducing any challenging, injurious behaviors. * Deliver play-based, child-centered therapy using the NDBI framework. * Collect accurate session data and communicate progress with clinical supervisors. * Build positive relationships with children and families, providing caregivers with daily updates. * Maintain a safe, organized and engaging therapy environment. Qualifications: * Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. * Passionate about working with children with Autism and eager to grow in the ABA field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field preferred (not required). * Experience working with children preferred. * Able to perform physically active tasks: sitting on the floor, crawling, running, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining close proximity to clients during sessions.
