In this role, you’ll be one of the first friendly voices our Spanish-speaking customers connect with as they place meal orders. The starting wage is $18.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7:00am. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO * Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order * Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service * Input order information into the appropriate client order screen * Document all conversations with client into client information database * Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file * Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients * Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Fluent in Spanish and English (Spoken & Written) * High school degree or GED * 1 year of previous customer service experience * Basic computer proficiency, including experience learning and using software in a work or school setting * Clear oral communication skills * Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints * Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * 1 year of previous call center experience * Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams * Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers * Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods * Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus OUR TEAM MEMBERS ENJOY: Free Breakfast & Lunch Casual Dress Code Tiered growth path for promotion starting Day 1 Eligible for Referral Bonuses starting Day 1 Weekly paychecks PTO, 401k, & a Full benefits package Company Overview Mom’s Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide since 1999.
