The Bilingual Receptionist role at Flexner Houser Injury Law is a pivotal position designed to support the firm's strategic expansion into Goldsboro, North Carolina. This is a foundational hire for a brand-new office, meaning you will play a critical role in shaping the client experience and day-to-day operations from the ground up. By ensuring smooth everyday operations and clear communication, the receptionist will be central to the office’s success and client satisfaction.   What you’ll do: * Front Desk Management: Welcome clients and visitors as the face of the office, while managing all inbound communications with warmth and professionalism. * Bilingual Client Support: Communicate confidently in both English and Spanish, ensuring every client feels understood, supported, and well taken care of. * Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and manage calendars with precision, sending timely confirmations and reminders to keep operations running smoothly. * Initial Intake Support: Ask thoughtful preliminary questions to understand client needs and ensure they are efficiently routed to the right team member. * Office Operations: Keep the office organized and running efficiently by managing supplies, maintaining workspaces, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs. * Tech Troubleshooting: Assist with basic technical issues such as printer or system challenges, helping minimize disruptions and keep the team productive. * General Support: Serve as a dependable go-to resource in the office, proactively offering solutions and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
