THE CAPACITY DELIVERY TEAM Examples of key problems the team is working on * Engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized, in months not years. Capacity Delivery owns technical execution across every build: the drawings, the field questions, and the engineering calls that keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving. * Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years. At that pace rework is not an option: problems get caught on paper or they cost a data hall. * Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to 10s to 100s of GWs, so each build starts ahead of the last. ROLE SCOPE * Run BIM production for assigned sites: model management, clash detection, and drawing extraction. * Maintain the federated model: consultant uploads verified, versions controlled, issues tracked. * Run weekly clash cycles: detect, assign, verify resolved, report. * Produce field deliverables from the model: coordinated drawings, prefab packages, and as-built updates. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. * You've done BIM coordination on large MEP-heavy projects. * You're production-fast in Revit and Navisworks. * You manage model versions and uploads with discipline. * Your clash reports drive resolution instead of just counting problems. * Bonus: ACC or BIM 360.
