About the Role Decagon is looking for someone to join the Business Operations & Strategy team to lead commercial and pricing strategy. The Business Operations & Strategy team sits within the Founder’s Office, a team of high-agency generalists and ex-founders with extremely high leverage and own things like partnerships, business development, pricing strategy, AI transformation, data/analytics, growth, etc. Your primary goal will be to accelerate and streamline our enterprise go-to-market motion - working closely with our GTM team to close deals. Initiatives will range from developing pricing & packaging strategy, to building internal deal and pricing processes, to proposal creation and negotiation across our enterprise customer base. This is an exciting role blending strategic thinking and high-caliber execution. We are looking for highly-motivated problem solvers who combine analytical rigor with world-class relationship building skills. In this role, you will * Own end-to-end deal structuring for enterprise opportunities, partnering directly with account executives and sales leaders to build proposals and drive deals to close * Work to develop and refine Decagon's pricing and packaging strategy * Build and scale internal commercial processes as the company expands * Collect and analyze pricing and deal data to shape high level company strategy * Be a thought leader in how to price agentic AI solutions Your background looks something like this * 3+ years of experience in consulting / investment banking / investing / high-velocity startups * Deep curiosity and desire to solve hard problems * Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as much as you implement them * Strong cross-functional collaborator - you've worked regularly with finance and legal teams * Strong communicator - both verbal and written Even better if you have * Experience building or scaling a deal desk function at a high-growth or early-stage company * Previously led implementation of a CPQ platform * Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models in addition to traditional SaaS subscription structures * SQL or other data analytics experience Benefits We proudly offer the following benefits for our full-time employees: * Take what you need vacation policy (subject to local requirements; UK employees receive 25 days of statutory leave) * Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family * Life Insurance and Disability Benefits * Retirement Plan (e.g., 401K, pension) * Parental Leave * Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot * Daily lunches and snacks in the office to keep you at your best These benefits are described in more detail in Decagon’s policies, may vary by location, and can change at any time according to applicable compensation and benefits plans.
