Join us if you’re passionate about making a difference and eager to be part of an airline that values community and commitment. ---------------------------------------- Duties and Responsibilities: * Ensure that all products are displayed correctly and the food labelling follows the Canadian Consumer Packaging and Labeling Act * Responsible of ordering of supplies and monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to minimize outages and maximize sales opportunities * Evaluate sales data, generate reports, and update records to monitor product performance and sales trends, offering insight for inventory management decisions * Monitors department emails, ensuring that supply orders or messages are answered promptly * Take customers' orders * Receive payment for food purchased * Ensures that the counter staff maintains cleanliness and organization of the counter, display cases, and dining area * Maintain equipment, send appropriate notifications when repairs are needed through the internal reporting system * Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food * Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea specialties * Ensure daily meal production follows daily specifications and quantities, and reduces food waste * Conduct all interactions in a positive, customer-service-focused approach when helping customers and/or communicating with fellow team members * Provide encouragement and guidance to fellow staff members Qualifications/Conditions of Employment * Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent * Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract  * Three years of experience in the hospitality industry, knowledge of the foodservice operations or a similar combination of experience or education. * Food Safe Level 1 certificate an asset * Must be able to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) and submit the required documents within a specified timeline. * Must be physically fit (able to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, climb, and lift up to 70 pounds repetitively) * Previous leadership experience an asset * Must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident or show proof of right to work in Canada How to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter to the Human Resources Department:  Email:              [email protected] Phone Number: 867-668-2228   ----------------------------------------   At Air North, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible workplace.
