About the Opportunity Our Social Connections Club at our Okemos Hub is booming and we need an awesome BCBA to help us keep the momentum going! This role is centered on our thriving social groups, with a smaller in-home caseload to round things out. You'll join a crew of BCBAs already deep in this work, bringing your own creativity and energy to help shape social skills programming for clients from toddlers all the way through teens. Consistent attendance is the heartbeat of our groups. Clients earn and keep a priority spot, so we need someone reliable, energetic, and genuinely excited to show up for after-school and evening sessions. This isn't just supervision; it's hands-on facilitation: fading prompts, building independence, and helping clients generalize social skills in a fun, natural group setting.
