As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and Nursing professionals in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment focused on helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential. BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) QUALIFICATIONS * Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field * Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) * Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB * Two (2) years of BCBA experience preferred * Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations * Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) * Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) * Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs * Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed * Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments * Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards BENEFITS & PERKS * Low Caseload – Only 6 Clients * Competitive Salary ($75,000-$90,000 annually) * Performance Bonus Opportunities * Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities * Flexible Scheduling * Excellent Work-Life Balance * One-on-One Client Care * Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Team Environment * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401(k) *  Paid Time Off (PTO) * Paid Holidays * Flex Days * Short-Term Disability Insurance * Long-Term Disability Insurance * Professional Development & CEU Support * Clinical Mentorship * Leadership & Career Growth Opportunities If you're looking for a clinic where you can focus on quality care, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families, we'd love to hear from you.
