THE ROLE We are hiring a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to help make Oscilar one of the most recognized brands in AI-powered risk decisioning. This is not a traditional brand strategy role. We’re looking for a builder—someone who loves launching programs, experimenting quickly, leveraging AI, and finding creative ways to put Oscilar at the center of industry conversations. You’ll own high-impact initiatives that increase awareness, credibility, and engagement across the financial services ecosystem. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on company growth. You will report directly to our VP of Marketing and Growth and partner across Product Marketing, Communications, Growth, Events, Executive Leadership, and Design. WHAT YOU’LL BUILD You will create and scale the programs that establish Oscilar as the leading brand in AI-powered risk decisioning. BRAND PROGRAMS * Executive thought leadership initiatives * Industry awards and recognition programs * Executive communities and networking programs * Research reports and original content series * Customer advocacy and ambassador programs THOUGHT LEADERSHIP * Programs that elevate our executives and subject matter experts * Signature content franchises that become recurring industry events * Partnerships with analysts, media, and industry influencers BRAND CAMPAIGNS * Creative campaigns that generate awareness and engagement * Conference activations and integrated event experiences * Social media and community-building initiatives * Cross-functional launches that amplify company milestones BRAND EXPERIMENTATION * Rapid testing of new brand initiatives * AI-powered content and campaign workflows * Measurement frameworks to understand what drives awareness and engagement * Repeatable playbooks that scale successful programs WHAT YOU’LL DO * Design and launch innovative brand marketing programs that increase Oscilar’s visibility and reputation. * Own flagship initiatives such as our Risk Leaders of the AI Era program and develop new creative ways to engage the market. * Partner with Communications to amplify company announcements, product launches, customer stories, and thought leadership. * Work with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns reinforce our positioning and category leadership. * Collaborate with the Events team to create memorable experiences before, during, and after conferences. * Leverage AI extensively to increase the speed, quality, and scale of marketing execution. * Launch multiple experiments every quarter, measure results, double down on what works, and quickly iterate on what doesn’t. * Build repeatable systems and playbooks that enable the brand function to scale. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR BRAND MARKETING BACKGROUND * 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, or Growth Marketing at a B2B SaaS company. * Track record of launching creative marketing programs that increased awareness, engagement, or market presence. * Experience executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels. BUILDER MINDSET * You are a doer, not just a strategist. * You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and shipping quickly. * You thrive in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership. * You’re naturally curious and constantly looking for creative ways to break through the noise.
