And you’re ready to write the next chapter of your career story: a challenging and rewarding role as a Capco Business Analyst Card Payments.   LET’S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS   You will be responsible for:   * Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders * Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. * Support the design and optimization of card payment products, processes, and customer journeys. * Shaping and executing complex digital transformations * Ensure alignment between business objectives and technological solutions.   SHOW US WHAT YOU’VE GOT Experience & Knowledge * Minimum 5 years of professional experience. * Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Expert, or a similar role. * Experience acting as the link between business and IT stakeholders. * Strong knowledge of card payment products and/or payment processes. * Good understanding of the Belgian card payments market, digital wallets, and related products (e.g. Edenred and similar solutions). * Experience with digitalization and transformation projects. * Experience in process modelling and business process analysis. * Experience working in an Agile environment. Languages * English is mandatory. * Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
