The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to analyze requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful implementation of regulatory and technology-driven changes. Key Responsibilities: * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements * Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT teams * Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams * Support end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through implementation * Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE) * Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, AML, Basel) * Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect management * Support change management activities, including documentation and training materials * Monitor project progress and assist in risk and issue management * Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communication Required Skills & Experience: * Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services * Experience in developing digital banking application * Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations * Experience working on regulatory, risk, or digital transformation projects * Ability to bridge business and IT stakeholders effectively * Knowledge of requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) * Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Nice to Have: * Experience with GRC, risk, or compliance-related initiatives * Knowledge of payments, lending, or capital markets * Understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) * Certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum) ONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS STEPS * Screening call with the Recruiter * Competencies interview with Capco Hiring Manager * Client’s interview * Feedback/Offer #LI-HYBRID
