ROLE DESCRIPTION: This is an individual-contributor sales role with a clear focus on revenue generation. You will be responsible for directly selling Luxor's products, managing a personal pipeline, and closing new business. This role is focused on direct sales execution. Being resourceful in closing deals without requiring internal resources is a key element of success in this role. The bitcoin mining hardware supply chain, hosting market, and OEM ecosystem still runs through China. This role exists to make sure Luxor has people physically in the room, building relationships with the right counterparties and creating the conditions for Luxor to win business across the region. REQUIREMENTS: * Must be based in mainland China with the legal right to work and travel domestically * Full professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal) * Highly social, high-energy, and naturally comfortable building rapport in person — this is a relationship-driven, road-warrior role, not a desk job * Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively across China (multiple trips per month) * Existing network in bitcoin mining, hardware, or adjacent infrastructure industries strongly preferred * Comfortable operating in traditional industry settings (mining floors, hardware factories, energy operators) * Self-starter who can operate independently across time zones with limited day-to-day supervision * Strong written communication for reporting back to a Western, English-speaking team * Multiple years of B2B sales, business development, or relationship-driven commercial experience (seniority and title level will match experience) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Be Luxor's face in China — travel constantly across major mining, hardware, and energy hubs to build and maintain relationships with OEMs, hardware brokers, hosting providers, large-scale miners, and supply chain partners * Own and manage a personal pipeline of Chinese counterparties with a defined revenue target per quarter * Own end-to-end closing: discovery, product demos, commercial discussions, and close. * Creatively drive forward Luxor's business across the full Platform while prioritizing the products with the strongest fit for the Chinese market * Attend every relevant industry event, conference, dinner, and factory visit in China. * Serve as a cultural and language bridge between Luxor's global team and Chinese counterparties * Feed market intelligence back to HQ: hardware market dynamics, new ASIC launches, regulatory shifts, competitive moves * Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in HubSpot * Coordinate closely with US-based BD reps on deals that cross regions WHAT WE OFFER * Fully remote — work from anywhere in the relevant region * Full-time, salaried role with performance-based variable compensation * Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision where applicable) * Unlimited paid time off * A seat at the table in one of the most active, fastest-moving sectors in digital infrastructure At Luxor we believe that meaningful contributions can be made by anyone.
