You'll own outbound, generate pipeline, partner closely with Account Executives and gain exposure to the full sales cycle. We want to develop future AEs, not career BDRs. You'll be: * 🎯 Prospecting through phone, email and LinkedIn * 📞 Speaking with Finance Leaders, CFOs and C-suite executives * 🤝 Booking high-quality meetings that convert into revenue * 💡 Creating personalised outreach that actually gets replies * 🚀 Working alongside experienced AEs and learning how complex deals are won * 🤖 Using AI and modern sales tools to work smarter, not harder WE'RE LOOKING FOR You might have: * 1+ year as a SaaS BDR or 2-3 years in a high-performing outbound sales role * A track record of smashing targets and building pipeline * Confidence on the phone (you actually enjoy cold calling) * A curious, resilient, competitive mindset * A genuine interest in startups, technology and AI Bonus points if you've sold into finance teams, fintech, ERP software or if you're already using AI to make yourself more productive.
