We are seeking for a BI Analyst with strong experience in Looker and/or Tableau to build dashboards, analyze data, and support business reporting needs. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Information Security Responsibilities * Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols * Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets * Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) * Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information. Role And Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Looker and/or Tableau * Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions * Work with stakeholders to understand KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs * Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities * Collaborate with data engineering and business teams throughout the project lifecycle * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance optimization * Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests * Participate in project planning, requirement gathering, testing, and deployment activities * Document reporting logic, workflows, and dashboard definitions Preferred Qualifications: * 6 years of BI Analyst experience * Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau * Strong SQL and data analysis skills * Good communication and stakeholder management * Understanding of project workflows and delivery processes * Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative environments Good to Have * Experience with GitHub/version control * Exposure to cloud platforms like BigQuery * Experience with Python and Automation.
