In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in transforming data into actionable insights by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing information, and building self-service dashboards to support data-driven decision-making., contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Support decision-making by translating business requirements into BI products * Develop and maintain data models, automation, reports, and dashboards using BI tools. * Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. * Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing basic data validation and quality checks. * Apply statistical techniques and models to address broad business questions and test hypotheses * Actively engage with stakeholders to gather information, explore options, present findings/proposals, and answer clarifying questions. * Create and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation on the team’s data products * Take ownership of several data products, ensuring they remain accurate, up-to-date, and relevant * Provide ad-hoc analysis, data extraction, and support to leadership and other departments to address specific business questions using readily available data. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Industry experience in reporting, BI, data analysis, or a similar position with an operations focus * Proficiency with SQL, BI tools, or Python for developing data models, automation, and dashboards.
