Expand your professional network, be inspired by our sense of community, and share your talent.   YOUR MAIN MISSION The role of Business Manager at ALTEN USA includes the following responsibilities: Business Development: * Implement the sales strategy in the field * Manage the sale of technical service offerings, from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature * Ensure client satisfaction with a focus on retaining existing accounts and building long-term, profitable partnerships * Be accountable for the profitability and growth of your business portfolio Recruitment and Management: * Identify engineering profiles in collaboration with the dedicated recruitment team * Conduct interviews and ensure the successful onboarding of your new hires * Support consultants in building their career paths within the Group   PROFILE SOUGHT * Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or business * Minimum 3+ years of successful experience in industry, services, or engineering-related fields * An entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to quickly grow into leadership positions * Natural leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships * Results-oriented with a rigorous and structured approach   WHY JOIN US?
