The ideal candidate will drive supplier expansion, analyze operational performance, and deliver data driven insights to support strategic business decisions. This is a remote position based in Europe. RESPONSIBILITIES * Own execution of supplier onboarding and expansion across multiple regions (North America, EU, Asia).   * Own execution of system workflows and operational processes (Jaggaer or similar tools)  * Prepare, clean, and manage datasets across procurement, finance, and operations  * Drive reporting and dashboard generation (Excel / Power BI)  * Support ROI model development and analytics initiatives  * Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement initiatives  * Support automation of workflows and continuous improvement efforts   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or systems  * Strong Excel skills  * SQL or Python (preferred)  * Experience with ERP/SaaS tools  * Structured problem solving  * Process improvement experience (Lean/automation)   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Power BI / Tableau  * Stakeholder coordination experience  * Machine learning/data modeling support  * Machine learning exposure
