System Reconciliation: Perform system-level reconciliation between Business Central financial data and integrated systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Salesforce & CRM Support: Salesforce Configuration: Configure and support Salesforce fields, workflows, page layouts, and reports relevant to finance and order-to-cash data. Cross-System Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity between Salesforce and Business Central for finance-relevant data exchange (e.g., invoicing, order data). Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot Salesforce configuration issues and coordinate with the Applications Administrator on system-level fixes. ERP/CRM Security & Data Management: Security Administration: Develop and maintain security policies, permission sets, roles, and profiles for finance-related modules across Business Central and Salesforce. Data Migration & Integration: Manage data migration, integration, and transformation processes for finance data, coordinating with other business teams to ensure data requirements are met. Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and security within the finance-related portions of the business applications suite. Systems Support & Continuous Improvement: Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for finance-related system issues, escalating to vendors or the IT development team as needed. Testing & Training: Conduct user acceptance testing and end-user training for finance system changes and enhancements. Documentation: Develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation for finance system configurations and processes. System Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor data quality, integration health, and reporting accuracy within finance systems, flagging issues before they affect the business.
