We’re a team of dedicated people who believe in flavour first and care deeply about our customers.   About your new role We're looking for a Café Manager to join our Melbourne team and lead our café in Collingwood. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing time on the floor with the operational side of running a busy café. Working closely with our Head Barista, Chef and wider team, you'll help bring together great coffee, food and hospitality that reflects who we are at Allpress.   A day in the life You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café, supporting your team and building on the coffee, service and experience our customers know and love.
