As a Candidate Consultant within our US Data Centre Team, you'll play a vital role in identifying, engaging and managing highly sought-after professionals within a rapidly growing market. You don't need previous recruitment experience—we're looking for ambitious individuals with the drive to learn, succeed and build a high-performance career.   The Role As a 180 Candidate Consultant, you'll focus on sourcing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, working closely with experienced consultants supporting major US-based projects. You will: * Identify and engage specialist professionals within the US data centre market * Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry experts * Guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process * Develop networks of talent aligned to live projects and future opportunities * Keep processes organised, accurate and compliant * Build market expertise within one of the world's fastest-growing sectors * Work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment   Who Thrives Here?
