Our model brings together leading technology and deep clinical expertise to deliver end-to-end diagnostic solutions, with all reporting seamlessly delivered through BeatBox, our secure, cloud-based platform.  The Role Holter Analysis & Reporting  * Analyse, review, and process Holter monitor recordings for the Singapore region. * Utilise CardioScan's cloud-based platform, BeatBox, to review, allocate, and report on Holter studies. * Prepare accurate, concise, and clinically sound reports with a high level of attention to detail. Clinical Operations & Service Delivery * Manage workload effectively to ensure customer SLA turnaround times are consistently achieved. * Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes and clinical protocols. * Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Collaboration & Communication * Work closely with leading cardiologists, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to support patient outcomes. * Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues across multiple regions. * Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment while working independently when required. * Support knowledge sharing and best-practice approaches within the clinical team. About you * Minimum 2 years' experience in Holter analysis within the cardiac industry * Qualified with an Associate Diploma or equivalent Science degree; CCT certification advantageous * Solid understanding of cardiac terminology, related technologies, and reporting * Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail * Strong communicator who connects well with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels * Self-motivated, proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude * Able to work both independently and collaboratively to meet KPIs and team objectives * Ready to trade hospital shift work for a stable, balanced professional environment CardioScan Benefits * Development of both your technical and soft skills through training requests and specialised training portals * Annual performance and salary reviews * Global EAP (Employee Assistance Program) support and access to health benefits through the program * Birthday Leave * Company and team events – we celebrate the wins!
