The Role Holter Analysis & Reporting * Analyse, review, and process Holter monitor recordings for the Singapore region. * Utilise CardioScan's cloud-based platform, BeatBox, to review, allocate, and report on Holter studies. * Prepare accurate, concise, and clinically sound reports with a high level of attention to detail. Clinical Operations & Service Delivery * Manage workload effectively to ensure customer SLA turnaround times are consistently achieved. * Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes and clinical protocols. * Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Collaboration & Communication * Work closely with leading cardiologists, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to support patient outcomes. * Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues across multiple regions. * Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment while working independently when required. * Support knowledge sharing and best-practice approaches within the clinical team.
