If so, this role could be a great fit.   About the Role We are seeking a Career Success Coordinator to join our Student Success team, focused on driving certification completion and job placement outcomes for our students. This is not a passive advising role. You will serve as an advocate for your students working aggressively and proactively from day one through graduation and into employment. Success in this role is defined by your ability to remove barriers, prepare students for the workforce, and ultimately help them secure employment. You’ll manage a caseload of students, engage them consistently, and partner cross-functionally with academics, admissions, and employer partners all while operating in a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment.
