ABOUT COGENT Cogent is building autonomous cyber defense with AI agents that help security teams move from finding risk to actually fixing it. Since emerging from stealth, we’ve grown rapidly and partnered with global enterprises to secure some of the world’s most complex production environments. Our product and talent are our biggest differentiators. Our team brings experience from: * High growth technology companies including Scale AI, Databricks, Stripe, Tesla, and Coinbase. * Leading cybersecurity companies including Wiz, Abnormal AI, and Zscaler. * Preeminent machine learning research labs including DeepMind and SAIL. Backed by Greylock and Bain Capital Ventures, we’re building a team that combines frontier AI research with deep cybersecurity expertise and the ability to execute at scale.   ABOUT THE ROLE Cogent is looking for a Channel Account Manager to build and grow our partner ecosystem across the Eastern US. You will own the regional channel strategy and be accountable for turning partner relationships into qualified pipeline and bookings. This is a hands on individual contributor role for someone who knows the Eastern cybersecurity partner ecosystem, can identify the partners capable of materially accelerating our growth, and enjoys building in an early stage environment. This role is remote within the Eastern US, with a preference for New York or Atlanta. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Build and execute the Eastern US channel strategy, focusing investment on the partners most likely to produce revenue. * Recruit, activate, and grow strategic resellers, advisory firms, service providers, and technology partners. * Create joint account plans, map target accounts, and generate pipeline sourced or influenced by partners. * Enable partners on Cogent’s value proposition and work alongside sales teams through registration, evaluation, and close. * Track pipeline, bookings, partner productivity, and program ROI, using the data to refine the regional plan. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 7+ years in channel, alliances, or partner development, including 5+ years in cybersecurity. * A strong network across the Eastern US cybersecurity partner ecosystem and a record of turning relationships into revenue. * Experience building focused partner plans, enabling sellers, and selling complex enterprise security solutions alongside partners. * Strong commercial judgment, operating discipline, and comfort owning pipeline and bookings targets. * High growth or challenger company experience, with the willingness to travel and operate hands on.
