1VALET is looking for a Channel Sales Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Construction and IOT, you will be a valued member of the 1VALET Sales team and will communicate directly with clients, existing and new channel partners, and key stakeholders within the company. Responsibilities: * Assist with various business development activities including market research, market analysis, and the coordination of client meetings * Assist with the onboarding process of new vendors * Compile engineering shop drawings, construction drawings and provide operational support * Assist the sales team by coordinating with clients and vendors and providing marketing support * Contribute to user engagement and app adoption strategies * Analyze trends in the PropTech industry and identify areas of opportunity * Work extensively with Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Hubspot Job Requirements: * Undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas * You’re a self-starter and have the ability to work independently * Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and you are tech savvy * Possession of strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills * Strong desire to learn along with professional drive * Creativity and willingness to bring in new perspectives and ideas to the business * Must be located in the Greater Toronto Area and have the ability to travel (valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle) Why join us: * Fun and engaging culture * Unlimited growth and development opportunities * Work from home options * Competitive compensation structure  * Exciting product and meaningful work Who we are: 1VALET is a software-based smart building platform that converts any multi-family apartment or condominium into a futuristic smart building.
