As a Chargeback Operations Intern, you will be responsible for analyzing and responding to card and ACH disputes filed against the company. Working closely with our fraud/risk team and our customer disputes team, you will navigate issues on a case by case basis to determine the best course of action to help our customers get unstuck. Analysts will also make recommendations to our management on how to improve and scale our processes.  We are looking for a teammate who can work full-time Monday through Friday between 9:00 am - 5:30 pm - Central Time.
