ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Therapist at Blackbird Health, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You’ll build meaningful relationships with patients and families, taking the time to understand their needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate them on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress. Working alongside an interdisciplinary team, you’ll be empowered to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young patients and their families through compassionate, evidence-based care. We’re seeking dedicated clinicians to join our Lansdale, PA team and provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26, as well as the caregivers who support them. Multiple employment tracks are available: you’ll select your license type and preferred arrangement in the application. EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS 1099 Contractor | LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW LCSW, LPC, LMFT Pay: $85-$95 per session LSW Pay: $70-$80 per session * Minimum 8 hrs/week | All Core hours: after 3pm weekdays and/or weekends * Set your own pace and caseload W2 Part-Time (20 hrs/week) | LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW LCSW, LPC, LMFT Pay: $50,000 base + $80/session beyond base caseload LSW Pay: $40,000 base + $65/session beyond base caseload * 20 hours per week, (17 direct care hours) | All Core hours: after 3pm weekdays and/or weekends * Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO + 11 holidays W2 Full-Time | LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW (Select Markets & Limited Availability) LCSW, LPC, LMFT Pay: $85,000-$90,000 * 40 hours per week, (32 direct care hours) I Minimum of 20 Core hours: after 3pm weekdays and/or weekends * Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO + 11 holidays, life insurance, short term and long term disability WHY BLACKBIRD & YOUR IMPACT * Do the work you trained for — we handle credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR so you can focus entirely on your patients * Start seeing patients immediately — a guaranteed caseload means no waiting, no hustle, just care * Grow as a clinician — paid weekly clinical consultation and peer support are built into your schedule, not bolted on * Be part of something bigger — every session is a chance to help a child find their footing, a family breathe easier, and a young person discover what they’re capable of * Join a team that has your back — collaborative, mission-driven clinicians who are shaping the future of pediatric mental health care together WHO YOU ARE * Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW * 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients * 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience * Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or daytime on weekends * Passion for family-centered, high-touch care Salary Range $40,000—$105,000 USD Join us!
