You will have the opportunity to develop and showcase your proficiency in civil engineering principles while collaborating closely with project managers, team members, and clients. Responsibilities: * Partner with project teams and clients to prepare project documents and proposals. * Draft, review, and finalize project deliverables including: * Site plans * Engineering reports * Cost estimates * Project schedules * Permit applications * Due diligence reports * Make edits and modifications to plans based on client and agency feedback. * Research local/state zoning requirements for properties and projects. * Conduct site visits and field assignments. * Analyze site survey data and consider development factors. * Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments efficiently and according to quality standards. * Communicate effectively with clients, municipalities, and agencies under the direction of the Project Manager. * Update Project Manager and Team Leader on workload status. * Apply fundamental engineering concepts to practical situations. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Two to four (2-4) years of experience in civil engineering, with experience leading design aspects of development projects preferred. * Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Grading Design, Technical Writing, 3-D Modeling, MS Office, and Plan Interpretation. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent workload management skills.
