BGE goes beyond competitive benefits to attract and retain the best in an environment that inspires excellence.       Job Description * Responsible for managing projects in the development of plans and specifications for land development that include paving, grading, drainage,utilities and other miscellaneous items * Coordinate directly with clients to support project execution and delivery * Manage the work of Engineers and CAD Designers ensuring the accuracy and quality of the work produced. * Responsible for project management reporting. Job Requirements * Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. * Actively Registered P.E. in Florida * 8+ years of experience in civil engineering * 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager with the ability to provide technical guidance to Engineers and CAD Designers. * Solid working knowledge of Civil 3D, StormCAD, Stormwise (FKA ICPR) or other modeling software. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * In office work at our Tampa office   Some of our Benefits: * 401k Match: 100% up to 4% of your contributions with immediate vesting + 3% Safe Harbor Contribution with immediate vesting * Merit-Based Bonus Compensation * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance; BGE contributes to HSA on eligible plans * 9 paid Holidays, including 3 Floating holidays * Personal Time Allowances  * 2 to 4 weeks of Vacation, depending on experience-level.
