Build trusted relationships. Shape meaningful opportunities. Help grow what’s next for Altis in Queensland. We’re looking for a Client Executive who can combine commercial thinking, consulting expertise, and strong relationships to help clients turn complex data and technology challenges into meaningful business outcomes. This is a senior role for someone who enjoys being close to the market, building relationships, understanding what matters to clients, shaping the right solutions and creating opportunities that lead to high-quality, purpose-driven work. You’ll play an important role in growing Altis presence across Brisbane and Queensland, working closely with clients, delivery teams and technology partners while helping shape our broader market proposition. If you’re looking for a role where you can influence growth without stepping away from consulting, client outcomes and the people delivering the work, this could be a great next move. What you’ll do You’ll work across client engagement, solution shaping, business development and consulting leadership, helping connect market opportunity with strong delivery. You’ll: * Build and deepen trusted relationships with senior clients across the Brisbane market * Identify new opportunities and develop a healthy, sustainable pipeline of Data & AI work * Work with clients to understand their business challenges, priorities and future needs * Shape Data & Analytics solutions that are commercially sound, practical and capable of delivering measurable value * Partner with Altis delivery teams to ensure opportunities are translated into successful client outcomes * Lead and contribute to proposals, estimates, solution development and pre-sales activity * Support complex engagements from early strategy and solution shaping through to delivery * Provide strategic guidance across data, analytics, architecture and emerging technology opportunities * Build strong relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners * Contribute to Altis market presence, value proposition and brand awareness in Queensland * Mentor and develop consultants, sharing experience and helping lift capability across the business * Provide leadership across quality, delivery and client relationships The experience you’ll bring We’re looking for someone with established consulting experience, strong commercial judgement and a proven ability to create trusted relationships that translate into meaningful work. Your experience may include: * Senior client-facing experience within professional services, consulting, Data & Analytics or technology * Building and converting a pipeline of opportunities into successful client engagements * Developing long-term relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders * Leading complex consulting, transformation or technology engagements * Shaping solutions and commercial propositions in partnership with delivery teams * Business development, pre-sales, proposal development and estimation * Data & Analytics strategy, architecture or transformation * Leading and developing high-performing teams * Working with technology vendors and partners * A strong existing network across the Brisbane and Queensland market would be highly regarded.  You don’t need to come from one particular technology background. What matters more is a strong understanding of the Data & AI landscape, the ability to recognise where technology can create genuine value, and enough technical credibility to work effectively with both clients and delivery teams. The leadership style that matters Success in this role isn’t just about revenue. We’re looking for someone who is: * Commercially curious and able to spot opportunities others may miss * Credible and comfortable with senior stakeholders * Strategic, while remaining pragmatic about what can actually be delivered * Collaborative and visible with the team * Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change * People-focused and invested in developing others * Confident challenging assumptions and asking difficult questions when needed * Able to bring clients, consultants and partners together around a clear direction * Accountable for outcomes rather than activity What success could look like Over your first 12 months, you’ll be building momentum across the Queensland market. That means: * Developing deeper relationships across priority sectors and strategic accounts * Establishing a strong pipeline of meaningful Data & AI opportunities * Becoming a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders * Helping Altis turn market opportunities into high-quality consulting engagements * Strengthening Altis profile and reputation across Brisbane * Connecting commercial opportunities with the right people and capabilities across the business * Contributing to the development of consultants and the broader Queensland practice * Building productive relationships with partners and vendors Why this role matters You won’t simply be handed a sales target and expected to operate separately from the consulting business. You’ll help identify the problems worth solving, shape the opportunity with the client, connect the right Altis capability to it, and stay close enough to delivery to ensure what was promised creates real value. You’ll also have an opportunity to influence how Altis continues to grow in Queensland from our market presence and client relationships through to the capability we build and the people we develop. Why Altis? For more than 25 years, Altis has focused on helping organisations create better outcomes through data. We’re Australian-owned and technology agnostic, which means our conversations can start with the client problem, rather than the product we need to sell. At Altis, you’ll have the opportunity to: * Build genuine long-term client relationships rather than transactional ones * Work across complex Data, Analytics and AI challenges * Partner with experienced specialists across consulting, engineering, analytics and AI * Influence how we grow our Queensland presence and capability * Shape opportunities from initial conversation through to delivery * Help develop the next generation of Altis consultants * Work in an environment where commercial outcomes and quality client outcomes need to go hand in hand Our values — Be Curious, Own It, Lead with Heart and Discover a Way — shape how we work with our clients and with each other. Your next chapter starts here If you’re an experienced consulting leader who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and helping clients navigate complex Data & AI decisions, we’d like to hear from you. You don’t need to fit one narrow career path. We’re interested in the strength of the relationships you’ve built, the opportunities you’ve created, the teams you’ve led and the outcomes you’ve helped clients achieve.
