It is a dynamic logistics hub operating with absolute focus and speed. Our Client Service Coordinators straddle two demanding worlds simultaneously. They perform a continuous, high-stakes balancing act to keep our operations fluid: * Calm and reassuring assistance: Delivering patient, articulate, and highly personalized assistance to a client who needs a problem solved right now. * Problem-solving behind the scenes: Navigating multiple software systems, analyzing insurance offerings, scheduling clinicians, updating client files, and collaborating client care across various departments.
