As a Client Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all contracted services and providing a seamless client experience throughout the entire service lifecycle. Working within the Sales team, you will act as the primary operational link between clients and internal departments, coordinating activities and following up to ensure that all client commitments are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. What will your job look like? * Own the operational delivery of contracted services, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client commitments are met * Act as the main operational contact for clients, providing proactive communication and timely support throughout the service lifecycle * Coordinate service delivery between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth information flow, follow-up, and execution * Manage client onboarding and ensure clients understand service timelines, requirements, deliverables, and processes * Coordinate service preparation, launch, execution, and completion, ensuring all required information, materials, and approvals are in place * Monitor service progress, identify potential issues or delays, and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams * Coordinate client participation in events, meetings, webinars, and other engagement activities * Manage client materials and content processes, including submissions, reviews, approvals, and revisions * Maintain accurate client and account information, including user access, permissions, and platform details * Provide first-line support for client-facing platforms and coordinate technical issues with IT or Product teams * Deliver clients onboarding and product or platform training when required * Contribute to process improvements and support additional projects related to marketing, service delivery, and pre- and post-sales activities What do you need to be successful? * Previous experience in client service, sales, marketing, operations, or account management * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field * Experience with CRM systems, data reporting, and ticketing systems is an advantage * Knowledge of business processes and client communication * Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) * Ability to work with information systems and databases * Client-focused mindset and commitment to service quality * Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and teamwork skills * Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines * Adaptability, willingness to learn, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude * Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic, cross-functional environment * Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a business level Why Should You Apply? * If you are a person who would like to work in an international environment, but not in big corporations or bureaucratic organizations – you should apply! * If you are a person who likes a structured and organized approach at work, but at the same time is not afraid of a little bit of chaos from time to time – you should apply! * If you want to make a difference and work on projects that are so specific that you will amaze your friends every time you talk about your job – you should apply! * And of course, if you are looking for a job within a stable company with steady growth and vision for the future – you should apply!
