About Lark At Lark Health, we’re leading the way into a new era of cardiometabolic care, leveraging advanced AI techniques–including deterministic and generative models–to provide scalable, affordable, and compassionate care. We help our healthcare partners manage over 30 million lives and prevent conditions like obesity, hypertension, type II diabetes, and behavioral health. Our platform delivers real-time personalized counseling and health monitoring for each patient. By providing compelling and actionable insights, we empower every user to live happier, healthier lives. Come join our team! The Role We're looking for an RN to help build and run the operational backbone of our clinical programs: triage logic, escalation workflows, and quality assurance. You'll work closely with clinical leadership, product, and engineering to design how patients get routed to the right level of care, document how those systems work, and keep an eye on how well they're performing. This is a builder's role: you'll take clinical judgment and turn it into workflows, specs, and documentation that a growing team can actually run on. You'll have real ownership of the day-to-day design and QA work, with clinical leadership involved on higher-stakes calls and final sign-off on new or changed protocols. What You’ll Do Triage & Escalation Design * Design and build out triage logic and escalation pathways for urgent symptoms, abnormal results, medication concerns, and other clinical red flags. * Work directly with product and engineering to turn clinical decision logic into workflows and system design. * Pressure-test pathways against edge cases and near-miss scenarios before launch, and bring open questions or judgment calls to clinical leadership as needed. Documentation * Keep clean, versioned documentation of triage trees, escalation pathways, and protocol changes so the team always has an accurate, current picture of what's live. * Prepare concise summaries of changes and clinical findings for leadership review and sign-off. Quality Assurance * Stand up and run an ongoing QA program for triage and escalation performance: sampling, protocol-adherence review, and outcome tracking. * Track relevant quality metrics, spot patterns that suggest a process or system gap, and drive corrective action with the broader team. * Run recurring QA cycles and close the loop on findings. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Serve as the clinical voice in product and engineering discussions related to triage, alerts, and clinical workflows. * Translate clinical needs into practical specs, and flag technical or operational constraints that affect clinical safety. * Support QA of new features and workflow changes before they go live. Care Team Support * Provide day-to-day operational support to clinical patient-facing staff working within established protocols. * Bring frontline feedback and real-world friction points back into protocol and documentation updates. What You’ll Need * Active, unrestricted RN license (multistate/compact license a plus) * Experience building or substantially revising triage protocols, escalation pathways, or clinical decision logic * Experience working cross-functionally with product and/or engineering teams * Strong documentation skills: clean, versioned, easy for others to review * Experience with QA processes such as chart review, protocol-adherence audits, or incident review * Experience in telehealth, virtual care, remote patient monitoring, or chronic disease management programs * Familiarity with value-based care or Medicare-facing clinical operations * Experience with AI-enabled clinical workflows or clinical decision support tools * Triage line, telephone triage, or nurse advice line background Working at Lark  Lark operates as a remote organization, requiring all employees to reside within the United States.  The specific salary offered to a candidate will depend on various factors, including their location, job level, and verified job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for additional compensation, such as participation in a bonus program and stock awards, where applicable. Lark is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. We believe that diverse teams foster innovation and add to our mission-driven culture. We strongly encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply. #LI-Remote
