Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Diagnostic Evaluations (Part-Time, Hybrid) Department: Clinical Reports to: Clinical Psychologist FLSA Classification: Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: $75 to $135/hour. About the Role You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder. This includes administering assessments, integrating results, and providing high-quality diagnostic reports and feedback to families. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct interviews, direct/indirect assessments (including ADOS-2, ADI-R, and similar tools). * Score, interpret, and write comprehensive diagnostic reports. * Deliver findings and recommendations to families and referral sources. * Submit completed reports and invoices within 48 hours of patient contact. * Maintain professional and ethical standards in all evaluations. What We’re Looking For Required: * Advanced degree in Psychology * Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Limited Licensed Psychologist in Michigan * Proficiency in autism diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R) Preferred: * 1–3+ years of experience conducting ASD diagnostic evaluations * Experience with hybrid/telehealth models Skills & Traits: * Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills * Confidence in working independently with clinical integrity * Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care If you’re looking for a flexible, rewarding role where you can make a real impact, with the support of a well-established clinical team, we’d love to hear from you!
