You will be the key client contact for a portfolio of clients, supported by a Bookkeeping Specialist, Payroll Specialist and Tax Specialist, and will be relied upon to surface issues, risks, and improvement opportunities to shape how AMLB delivers its Cloud Finance Services. THE PRIORITIES  Client Management: You will manage a portfolio of growth-oriented clients in a wide range of industries across Canada, ensuring that deliverables are timely, accurate, and aligned with client expectations. While you won’t be responsible for initial onboarding in your first 90 days, you will be copied on all client communication and expected to monitor for quality and risk, including ad-hoc advisory needs. You will review year-end trial balances, working papers, and financial statements with hand-off to the tax team, and work closely with the Payroll Lead to resolve any payroll-related issues raised by clients.  Process Improvement: You will collaborate closely with AMLB’s Technology & Operations Specialist to enhance internal client service processes. Your mandate includes identifying operational inefficiencies, improving workflow systems, supporting the business QA program (without performing the actual monthly/quarterly bookkeeping reviews), and ensuring your team follows standardized, high-quality practices.
