Join Our Team as a CNA or HHA! We are seeking reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one patient care in clients’ homes. In this role, you’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and help ensure each client’s safety and well-being. You will work under the supervision of our clinical team and office staff while collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Light housekeeping and administrative tasks may also be required. Key Responsibilities: * Personal Care Assistance – Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene. * Mobility Support – Assist with transfers, repositioning, and safe movement within the home. * Medication Reminders – Support clients in following prescribed medication schedules. * Health Monitoring – Observe, document, and report any changes in client health or vital signs. * Household Assistance – Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. * Companionship – Provide emotional support and engage clients in meaningful activities. * Safety Management – Identify potential hazards and assist with safe use of medical equipment. * Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate care records and communicate with the healthcare team. What We’re Looking For: * Compassion & Reliability – Dedication to client dignity and comfort. * Strong Communication Skills – Ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and care teams. * Attention to Detail – Ability to follow care plans and track health changes. * Physical Stamina – Capable of lifting, assisting, and standing/walking for extended periods. * Basic Medical Knowledge – Familiarity with medical terminology and caregiving procedures.
