We are seeking compassionate and dependable HHAs and CNAs with experience caring for clients with dementia to join our growing team.  We have current job openings for HHAs/CNA's – Home Health Aides/CNA's in the following locations: * Bradenton * Ellenton * Palmetto * Parrish * Lakewood Ranch * West Bradenton * South Bradenton * Anna Maria Island  * Bradenton Beach * Longboat Key * Sun City  * Myakka City  Pay Range: $17-19/hour  BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs): * Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 32 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period. * Home Care Field Employees working less than 32 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans. * To learn more about BAYADA Benefits, click here * Weekly pay * Flexible scheduling based on your availability: 4-12 hour shifts  * Referral Bonuses starting at $500 * Positive work environment and the tools you need to do your job  * Scholarship programs, including our nurse residency program  * A stable working environment – we invest in our care team    * Paid time off * 24 / 7 on call clinical manager support Qualifications for HHA/CNA – Home Health Aide/CNA:   * Minimum one year work experience   * Current HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License OR 1 year of verifiable, hands-on experience working as a caregiver  * BLS Certified CPR- must have in-person hands on component * Level II Background Check (https://info.flclearinghouse.com/)   Job Responsibilities for HHA/CNA – Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistant: * Activities of daily living   * Light housekeeping   * Bathing   * Grooming   * Toileting   * Nail care   * Range of motion / exercises   * Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices   * Oral feeding   * Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration   * Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.   * Assisting with ambulation   * Medication assistance   * Transportation BAYADA recognizes and rewards our HHAs/CNA's who set and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
