The Commercial Deal Desk Manager will manage the end-to-end contracting flow, proactively coordinating stakeholders and removing obstacles to keep momentum high. Responsibilities include preparing and tailoring contracts using approved templates, managing redlines, assembling complete contract packages, and escalating non-standard items to Legal as needed. The role requires direct engagement with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Security teams to translate commercial intent into practical, business-aligned agreements. Ideal candidates bring significant experience in sell-side B2B contracting—preferably within SaaS, technology, or professional services—and demonstrate strong judgment in balancing independent decision-making with appropriate escalation.
