On the commercial side, we're installing 10kW to 1MW solar systems on businesses, campuses, and facilities that power real communities. We call it Energy Empowerment — and as a Commercial Solar Installer, you're the crew member who makes it happen at scale. What You'll Do * Work as part of a crew on commercial solar installations ranging from 10kW to 1MW — no small stuff here. * Execute quality workmanship safely and on-schedule for every work assignment. * Uphold safety, quality, and attitude standards in accordance with all company policies — non-negotiable. * Be willing to travel in-state for commercial project assignments. * Represent and perpetuate the mission, goals, and values of Freedom Solar Power on every job site. * Support the crew and assist with other duties as assigned.
