We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our vibrant team in the heart of Amsterdam.   What Awaits You * Training: Engage in a robust 3-month onboarding program, including training from our internal L&D team, our online academy, and hands-on guidance from senior colleagues. * Unlimited Earnings: Benefit from an uncapped commission-based compensation plan with additional performance-based incentives to maximize your income. * Clear Career Path: Advance with our 10-step career plan, guiding you to director level. * Inclusive Culture: Become part of an international team with regular events and team-building activities like Potluck night, cinema evening, pilates, jou de boule and lunch or dinner. * Time Off: Enjoy 25 vacation days, additional time off between Christmas and New Year’s, and an extra day for each year you are working for us. * Work Hard, Play Hard: Participate in shared activities like team lunches and company trips to exciting destinations such as Porto, Dubai, and Barcelona. * Tools & Benefits: Receive a company laptop, a €500 annual training budget, monthly yoga sessions, access to our Book Club, and performance-based incentives like a car target.   Your Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle and build your own business by establishing client relationships and filling their vacancies with top talent. * Consultancy: Deliver top-tier talent to clients while serving as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on their hiring needs. * Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and establish new client connections through proactive phone outreach and networking. * Candidate Sourcing: Identify, recruit, and qualify candidates to match client needs, and effectively present opportunities to them. * Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships on the client and candidate side. * Deal Negotiation: Conduct negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and candidates. * Candidate Support: Provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for candidates.   What You Bring * Motivation and Ambition: You thrive in a performance-driven environment and are eager to grow. * Experience: While sales experience is a plus, it is not required. Experience in hospitality, sales, recruitment, or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous. * Communication Skills: Fluency in either German and English or Dutch and English (C1-C2 level) is highly desirable. If not, minimum one year full time of relevant B2B sales or recruitment experience with near-native English proficiency is required. * Location: You should reside in or around Amsterdam or have concrete plans to relocate.   Ready to Start Your Journey?
