YOUR IMPACT & RESPONSIBILITIES * Business Development: Proactively acquiring new clients via phone, email and online meetings. * Talent Matchmaking: Identify and connect specialised freelancers with companies looking for their skills. * Consultancy & relationship building: Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and candidates - from first contact to start date. * Negotiation & closing: Negotiate terms, manage offers and drive deals to a successful close. * End-to-end process: Own the full recruitment process - transparent, fast and solution-oriented. * Personal branding: You build your own profile and use LinkedIn to position yourself as an expert in your field.
