What does the role involve?   * You’ll play a key role in delivering Project Compassion, emergency appeals and other community fundraising initiatives, helping grow income, engagement and awareness. You’ll build relationships with community fundraisers, schools and parishes, while supporting campaign strategy, digital fundraising, supporter engagement and campaign delivery. * It’s a hands-on role combining relationship management and campaign coordination, with the opportunity to contribute ideas, use supporter insights and help continuously improve our fundraising activities. This role is based in our Mascot office and will work a hybrid model, including two days in the office per week (Tuesday and Wednesday). Who are we looking for?   We’re looking for an engaging and proactive fundraiser who enjoys connecting with people and building strong relationships. You’ll be confident reaching out to supporters, comfortable on the phone, and bring strong organisation and communication skills to campaign delivery. Experience with digital fundraising platforms or CRM systems such as Salesforce will be highly regarded. You’ll bring a mix of: * Fundraising experience, ideally across campaigns, community fundraising or events. * Strong relationship-building and communication skills. * Confidence engaging and proactively reaching out to supporters. * Good organisation and project coordination skills. * SalesForce CRM or digital fundraising platform experience is desirable.
