Position Overview: The Structural Concrete Foreman is  responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a concrete crew performing structural concrete work on heavy, highway, and civil construction projects.  The Foreman ensures all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards, while coordinating closely with project supervision and reporting directly to the Concrete Superintendent or Project Manager.
