WHAT IS THE ROLE Elastic is seeking a Content Producer to support integrated campaigns teams tasked with ideating, building, and distributing engaging assets that drive demand and brand authority. This role requires an understanding of demand generation campaigns and content production processes. This position will work closely with the Industry and Audience Content Strategist, as well as leads in Campaigns, Social, SEO, Product Marketing, and Paid Media. You are a strong writer and editor who can collaborate with content strategists, creative agencies, and product experts to translate technical jargon into stories that drive business value; enjoys finding new ways for content to be discovered and cited across digital channels; and can quickly execute various types of content while adhering to Elastic brand standards. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Content Planning * Collaborate with the Industry and Audience Content Strategist to research and identify topically relevant content ideas, based on audience query intent signals and AI model discovery behaviors (answer engine optimization, LLM visibility, citation monitoring). * Collaborate with the Industry and Audience Content Strategist and Global Campaign Strategist to refresh quarterly content plans based on content audit findings and performance. * Content Production & Oversight  * Lead content production – writing, orchestrating, and governing content built with external agencies and AI-powered content systems like Jasper AI to scale content production quality, narrative consistency, and personalization for Exec Buyer audiences and AI models. * Adapt content built by Solution Content Teams for Exec Buyer audiences in industry verticals, including but not limited to SLED, Fed, Education, and Financial Services.  * Review and collaborate on content built by marketing creators on the integrated team, such as Product Marketing, Brand, Social, and PR. * Intelligentially use content AI tools (i.e., Jasper AI, Claude skills) to streamline content production efficiencies and bring content to market faster – without degrading Elastic brand and quality standards. * Content Distribution & Performance  * Own the campaign content publishing calendar in Adobe Workfront with the Industry and Audience Content Strategist. * Assist the Content Team with content audit tracking, as well as monitoring and measuring content performance using GA4, SEMRush AIO, and Looker dashboards.  * Provide data-driven recommendations to improve content performance, optimize under-performing content to improve discoverability and engagement, and ruthlessly retire content that doesn’t meet Elastic benchmarks.  * Use experimentation and testing to identify opportunities to improve content discoverability, engagement, and campaign performance. * Help content and channel leads (Campaigns, SEO, Social, Paid, and Web) properly tag, promote, and cross-link assets across elastic.co and external digital marketing channels. WHAT YOU BRING * Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related degree and/or relevant work experience  * 5+ years on a content team in enterprise software/SaaS environments (demand gen team experience, recommended)  * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external agencies. * Experience measuring content effectiveness. * Understanding of SEO and digital buyer journeys to drive organic content development, optimization, and retirement decisions. * Experience in project management, with a consistent record of successfully using project management tools like Adobe Workfront, Jira, Monday.com, etc. * Creative and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate market trends and craft innovative content stories. * Comfort collaborating with a highly distributed, global team of marketing and technology practitioners. BONUS POINTS * Content experience on a global demand gen campaign team. * Hands-on experience with AI-based tools like Jasper, SEMRushAIO, Writer, etc.  * Experience with content performance dashboards or data tools.   #LI-JM5 Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary.  This role does not have a variable compensation component.  The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below.  These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.   An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
