Working closely with leaders across the organization, you will provide the financial guidance that supports strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business initiatives while contributing to the success of a global leader in semiconductor technology. What you will be working on * Serve as the Finance Business Partner for key corporate functions including Business Development, Risk Management, Tax, Government Relations, and Environmental, Health & Safety. * Lead monthly financial controlling activities, including performance analysis and compliance with internal controls. * Manage month-end close activities for assigned corporate functions. * Drive monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes. * Support corporate and group financial reporting activities. * Contribute to the annual planning and budgeting cycle. * Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and financial performance. * Support financial transformation initiatives, including system implementations and process improvements. * Participate in strategic projects such as M&A integrations and reporting platform enhancements. * Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance and business functions to support informed decision-making. What we are looking for * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. * Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, accounting, or financial planning and analysis. * Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and corporate finance practices. * Proven experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reporting. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Experience working with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. * Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
