ROLE SCOPE * Run deployment projects for controls and sensor systems across sites: scope, schedule, vendors, and field execution. * Coordinate installation and integration of BMS and EPMS sensors, meters, and control hardware with construction and commissioning. * Own the vendor relationships: procurement handoff, delivery timing, and field support when it breaks. * Track every site's controls scope to done, with punch lists that actually reach zero. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. * You've project-managed controls, instrumentation, or low-voltage systems installation on industrial or data center sites. * You've herded electricians, integrators, and vendors to a date without owning any of them. * You read one-lines, points lists, and network drawings well enough to catch a scope gap. * You've recovered a slipping installation without burning the team. * Your punch lists close because you drive them daily. * Bonus: BMS and EPMS platforms.
